Upcoming Assignments

I know some of you are anxious to know about materials.  If you are out shopping, you will definitely need the following for English class:

A Composition Notebook ($.50-$2.00, usually.  Get the cheap one, it doesn't matter)

3x5 notecards, lined

At least 1 block of 2x2 or 2x3 sticky notes


A folder or binder

A portable way to store documents so that they can be easily uploaded from a PC (jump drive, flash drive, etc.) If you opt not to get a flash drive, you are responsible for knowing how to save your work to clouod storage for editing and retrieval

Earbuds / Headphones


All E-learning assignments will be located on Ebackpack in the event of an E-learning day.

Week of Sept. 19-23

Friday 16th:  Type Draft of Pop!

Monday 19th:  Typed Draft due, including printed copy for peer revision

Tuesday 20th:  Finish Revisions, Edit, find MEGAS (use ctrl F )

Wednesday 21st:  Submit via Turnitin

Thursday 22nd:  Self-Evaluate Pop! paper, Vocab Review

Friday 23rd:  100-Word Vocab Exam

Monday 26th:  Etymology Week 5 Quiz to get us back on schedule
